Are criteria we consider important and may prevent a traditional adoption.
Age: i.e. Nera is very old - too stressful considering the time she may have left.
Behaviour : Norit and John-john are not easy ones. They do not handle humans well or being indoors is very scary for them. Only very cat aware people could adopt them.
It is only inteded to best suit cats' current needs.
All can be discussed. And by the way, that's also a good way to know each other.
There is also the issue of distance. We do not air ship cats. If long distance adoption was to be considered.... we'd love for the feline companion to travel in the cabin alongside his human family and in Europe anyway.
Know that with a little bit of effort, human-side-wise, a lot is possible.
If you still want to help you can virtually adopt a cat and have their specific needs covered on a monthly basis, The cat will have a godmother or godfather. We could establish some sort of live visits
When you fall in love with someone that is not adoptable... you can still help.
